Gas-insulated and air-insulated switchgear solutions
Our line of switchgear solutions has been specially designed and re-engineered for over 25 years of continuous development and optimization. We offer medium voltage switchgear to support primary and secondary power distribution networks in various sizes, configurations and insulating mediums. Across all types, our solutions are designed and tested according to ANSI, IEEE and NEMA standards and are UL listed. In addition, our switchgear is fully tested under IEC and IEEE standard for Internal Arc Classification (IAC) safety.
2 - 3 Weeks RFQ Lead Time for GIS
24 - 28 Weeks Gas-insulated Switchgear
2 - 3 Weeks RFQ Lead Time for AIS
24 - 26 Weeks Air-Insulated Switchgear
Our dry air Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) is a more environmentally friendly alternative to traditional gas-insulated switchgear—as it does not contain SF6 gas and instead utilizes natural gas as an insulating medium. As a result, our solution is not subject to regulations and leaves no harmful impact to the environment. In addition, our dry air switchgear offers lower costs due to its simple design and the abundance of gas. We offer a variety of panel designs at the following standard ratings:
LOWER ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT THAN SF6 SWITCHGEAR
UP TO 75% SPACE SAVINGS COMPARED TO AIS
REDUCED INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE COMPARED TO AIS
FRONT ACCESS PANEL FOR EASE OF MAINTENANCE
Our J10X Ring Main Unit (RMU) Gas-Insulated Switchgear is a great option for power distribution applications It offers optimal dielectric strength while maintaining excellent arc-quenching properties for enhanced safety. Customers often base their decision on the type of GIS solution they choose on space limitations. We offer individual tank and combined tank configurations under the following parameters:
LIGHTWEIGHT, COMPACT DESIGN
UP TO 75% SPACE SAVINGS COMPARED TO AIS
UL LISTED TECHNOLOGY
ROBUST PERFORMANCE WITH ENHANCED SAFETY
A robust, industrial optimized medium voltage solution utilizing SF6 gas and air as an insulating medium. Our J20X Cubicle Type Gas insulated (C-GIS) Switchgear is offered in a wide range of ratings designed for use in primary distribution applications. For use on lighter duty secondary distribution applications, we offer a variety of panel designs at the standard ratings:

Our J100CLAD medium voltage air-insulated switchgear provides safe, reliable switching and fault protection. Our solution is an IEEE rated, non-arc resistant, metal clad medium voltage solution that provides safe, reliable switching and fault protection. With independent pole actuators and 3-cycle operation, it maintains a consistent operating time over the life of the unit. And the J100CLAD AIS is specially designed with our J3MAG™ vacuum circuit breaker with the following standard power ranges:
ENVIRONMENTALLY-FRIENDLY ALTERNATIVE TO GIS
FLEXIBLE, MODULAR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION
TILT-OUT CPT / PT COMPARTMENT FOR EASE OF MAINTENANCE
BUILT-IN RACKING MECHANISM
The J3MAG breaker has been specially designed for optimum performance and ease of operation and maintenance for the J100CLAD Air-Insulated Switchgear. It is a magnetic actuated breaker that offers single-phase operation with independent pole actuators. Having few moving parts, it eliminates the lubrication requirements that exists for other breakers, allowing for longer life and lower operation cost.
FEWER MOVING PARTS FOR REDUCED MAINTENANCE
LONGER LIFE WITH LOWER OPERATIONAL COSTS
IMPROVED SAIFI / SAIDI SCORES
SAFER DESIGN WITH EASIER ACCESS DURING SERVICE
