At our Lake Mary facility, we assemble and test our medium-voltage metal clad switchgear (5-15kVA) and execute testing and final inspection of our gas-insulated switchgear (12kVA) products. Our production line also includes integrated sheet metal punching and shearing as well as a powder spray paint line. The facility produces approximately 600 switchgear frames annually.
Our Lake Mary facility is also home to the manufacturing of our premier breaker product lines – J3Mag™ Circuit Breaker and our OD3MAG™ Outdoor Substation Breaker. The facility produces approximately 240 outdoor breakers annually.
Our team is comprised of seasoned switchgear design and operations personnel with decades of experience in switchgear engineering and business operations. Our testing capabilities range up to 400 kV BIL (impulse generator), up to 4500 A continuous current testing (3-ph transformer) and up to 130 kV AC withstand voltage.
