Job Summary
Tasked with supporting the Marketing Department in the development, deployment, and execution of the Marketing plan. Activities will involve support of literature development, social media deployment, internet support and trade show support as well as other MarCom projects as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Demonstrated experience writing, editing, and developing engaging content, including articles and video presentations.
- Experience with website creation, updates, and ongoing maintenance, including content management systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Results and goals orientated, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes on time.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage projects and deadlines, from concept through completion.
- Experience managing external vendors, including coordinating deliverables, tracking timelines, and resolving issues.
- Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey messages.

Proven problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify challenges, think critically, and develop effective solutions independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field required.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop) is beneficial but not required.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives, Sales Managers, and Product Management teams to develop technically accurate, high-quality marketing materials that support customer and sales objectives.
- Support all aspects of successful product introductions, from launch through the full product life cycle.
- Promote company products and services through trade shows, digital platforms, and other marketing channels.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute interviews, press conferences, and media engagements as required.
- Participate in training, design, documentation, and content delivery efforts in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Manage and maintain the organization’s online presence, including websites, social media platforms, and related digital assets and equipment.
- Assis with the preparation, execution, and on-site support of trade show booths, events, and promotional activities.
- Demonstrate a strong personal commitment to continuous improvement by applying lessons learned, seeking feedback, and engaging in structured professional development.
Work Environment and Special Considerations
- Works in an office environment, possibly remote, and some work on the factory floor.
- Occasional trips to trade shows and events is required.

- Reports to Americas Marketing & Communications Manager
- Pay is commensurate with experience and background.
