JST Power Equipment Named an Orlando Sentinel Top Workplace for 2026

Oct. 5, 2026

JST Power Equipment is proud to be recognized as an Orlando Sentinel Top Workplace for 2026.

This award is particularly meaningful because it is based entirely on employee feedback, measuring key aspects of workplace culture, including whether employees feel valued, respected and supported, empowered to contribute, aligned with company goals, engaged in their work, and able to grow.

Receiving this award for the fourth consecutive year in a row reflects the people-centered culture JST strives to build every day. We believe that great workplaces create engaged teams, and engaged teams create exceptional customer experiences.

„Our employees are the foundation of our success,“ said Matt Polk, Executive Vice President and General Manager, JST-Americas. „Being recognized as a Top Workplace for four years in a row is a testament to the culture our team has built together and our shared commitment to excellence.“

We thank our employees for making JST Power Equipment a great place to work and for helping us deliver innovative power solutions to our customers every day.
