IT System Administrator

·       Degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or equivalent experience.

·       Professional qualifications, such as Microsoft Azure or 365 Certifications preferred.

·       Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.

·       Experience in hybrid environment with both on prem and AzureAD along with Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune, Autopilot, Teams, SharePoint and Power Apps, Automate, BI.

·       Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.

·       Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

·        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Monitor and maintain networks and servers for multiple sites.

·       Systems: Microsoft 365, SAP, Solidworks, AutoCAD, Windows Server.

·       Upgrade, install, and configure new hardware and software to meet company objectives.

·       Support network infrastructure configuration of firewalls, routers, switches, VLANs, wireless networks, VPN, security and telecom.

·       Implement security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.

·       Managing user accounts and perform access control.

·       Complete diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.

·       Document processes, as well as back up and archive data.

·       Develop data backup and recovery procedures.

·       Maintain inventory of hardware, software, and licenses.

·       Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.

·       Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, as well as provide IT support.

·       Keep up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
